We have tried and tested various combinations to create a well-balanced, punchy drink which is incredibly drinkable and chocolatey. Designed to be shared by two, this drink is strong. We have also added a chocolate sauce bottle, creating a beautiful and perfect chocolate rim for your drink.

The Chocolate Martini Cocktail Kit Top Tip: 

The Chocolate Martini cocktail with our kit tastes best when served super cold. So use plenty of ice when making this one to get the best drink.

You must shake this one hard to get the best-mixed drink and frothy texture. We recommend having a jam jar, a sports bottle or a cocktail shaker to shake this drink. You will also need something to ideally double-strain it. For example, you could use a lid and a small sieve or a cocktail strainer and sieve to double strain. 

This cocktail looks extra pretty in a martini glass, but if you don't have one, do not worry. A wine glass also works well. 

The Chocolate Martini History

A Chocolate Martini is a great dessert alternative to a sweet bite. Combine all the tastes in one glass. Drinking your dessert is elegant with boozy liquid chocolate in a decadent martini glass. 

Legend has it that in 1955, an evening after filming the Hollywood classic movie Giant, Rock Hudson and Elizabeth Taylor decided to combine their love for Chocolate and Martinis. So they blended Chocolate Liqueur and Chocolate Syrup with a Vodka Martini, creating the Chocolate Martini we've based our recipe on today!
