We met in 2017 at a "professional networking" (singles) night in the City of London. Jason walked in before I did and passed me a glass of champagne. We clicked immediately and continued the evening at Whistling Shop, one of London's most fantastic cocktail bars with a menu inspired by Colonial Travellers. We have spent many date nights touring London's finest cocktail bars, and Jason even popped the question by making me a cocktail-tasting experience at home. He proposed with a Pink Lady cocktail! So it is safe to say we love cocktails and have had our fair share of sampling them both in a great cocktail bar or making them at home. We want to help create cocktails as fun and memorable for others at home. So we send the ingredients, and you enjoy creating the rest!
FAVOURITE DRINK
My favourite drink is an Espresso Martini. I think it is such a tremendous drink which is a perfect balance drink of energy from the coffee and sweetness from the liqueur. My favourite place to drink an Espresso Martini is Chapter 72 on Bermondsey Street in London. Not only are the team at Chapter super warm, friendly and welcoming, but their passion for cocktails and coffee with the casual, cosy surroundings makes it an incredible experience. Chapter 72's recipe inspires our Espresso Martini kit by using Tia Maria as our coffee liqueur. If you ever want to do a cocktail class in London, I highly recommend their Espresso Martini Class.
